Quality Assurance Specialist - Dublin 15

Our client seeks a QA professional dedicated to following good distribution processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) and who has extensive experience with CAPAs/Audits and process improvements.

The ideal candidate:
- Do you have 4+ years' experience in a GDP or GMP environment?
- Do you have experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role?
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures precisely.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and quality management systems (QMS).
- Experience with CAPAs & Validation is essential.
- Internal & external audit experience is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support validation activities, including mapping studies and protocol execution.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and implement training to ensure proper and efficient completion of all quality functions.
- Use continuous improvement tools to instigate actions for improvements.
- Conduct internal audits/self-inspections according to the Annual Audit Schedule.
- Manage Health & Safety in accordance with all quality related initiatives.
- Champion CAPA requirements of the organisation and proactively engage all stakeholders
- Problem solve using a defined problem solving technique & detailed Root Cause Analysis to ensure timely completion of all corrective actions
- Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.
