About the role

ManpowerGroup Ireland has an exciting opportunity within our growing business for a Resourcer, within our Recruitment Team.

The Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing candidates across a range of open roles, using advertising, candidate search techniques, building and nurturing a pool of talent, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

This role would be a good fit for candidates with a background in Customer Service/Administration or a recent graduate with a HR Qualification.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Role Intake calls - alongside the Recruiter, speaking with clients to understand in detail the role they need filled to ensure you then have informed, credible conversations with suitable candidates
  • Job advertising - advertising roles in the appropriate places via impactful job descriptions that attract the right candidates to the right roles
  • Proactive candidate search - using tools and technologies to identify 'passive' candidates
  • Candidate conversations - having the initial conversations and meetings with suitable, interested candidates to understand more about their interest in the role(s)
  • Shortlisting - generating a shortlist of the best candidates to pass to the Recruiter for their review
  • Use of technology - capturing all candidate details - CV, Right to Work, conversation notes, role expectations - on our CRM to ensure compliance
  • Teamwork - supporting the wider Recruitment team through all of the above activities

Required Skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and an ability to use technology to drive performance and ensure compliance
  • Strong ability to speak to candidates, often as the first person they will speak to about a potential role. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence and competence in phone and teams conversations with clients and candidates.
  • A high-level of attention to detail in note taking & candidate records
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in busy, high-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Understanding of a typical recruitment process
