Function: Scheduling Coordinator
Reporting to: Enterprise Scheduling Supervisor
Pay Rate: €23 Per Hour
Type of contract: LTD (can work via Umbrella company)
Initial contract length: 12 months

As an Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of service delivery-ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently, services run smoothly, and customers receive the highest level of support. You'll work in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to keep operations running seamlessly.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and host service visits, managing permits and logistics
- Be the first point of contact for scheduling and operational queries
- Maintain accurate inventory and service records
- Track costs, raise purchase orders, and reconcile service data
- Use tools like SAP CRM and SmartSheet to manage schedules and metrics
- Support vendor inductions and ensure compliance with site protocols.
What You Bring
- Third-level qualification (science background a plus!)
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with scheduling tools (SAP, SmartSheet preferred)
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence
