Job description
Manpower is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior B2B Marketing Executive to drive our marketing strategy and lead generation efforts across our Manpower and Experis brands. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing high-impact campaigns, managing digital channels, and collaborating with European marketing teams to ensure alignment and innovation.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in Dublin Head Office.
Your responsibilities:
CRM & Campaign Management
Oversee and optimize HubSpot CRM usage, expanding its capabilities for MQL generation
Plan and execute weekly B2B email campaigns focused on branding and lead generation
Manage paid digital marketing campaigns with external agencies
Content & Brand Development
Lead the creation of whitepapers and thought leadership content (e.g., MEOS, Talent Shortages)
Design brochures and B2B content using Adobe or similar tools
Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels and materials
Event & Webinar Coordination
Organize and manage webinars
Support and co-lead networking events with the Sales Director
Manage and support marketing-led events
Sales & Talent Support
Provide marketing support for enterprise client RPPs and QBRs
Support lead generation for the recruitment delivery team
Digital & Website Oversight
Monitor and report on website performance and analytics
Support increased online brand awareness campaigns for a B2B audience
Strategic Campaigns & Collaboration
Lead global campaign rollouts and key project marketing initiatives
Liaise with UK and European marketing teams to ensure best practices and alignment
Reporting & Analysis
Produce reports on marketing spend, job board performance, and campaign effectiveness
Implement and monitor the 2026 marketing plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders
PR & Media
Implement regional content development and rollouts of key Ireland reports (quarterly employee outlook reports, annual talent shortage survey)
Engaging with media publications and internal teams on gaining increased print and online market exposure
Your skills & experience:
Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within professional services
Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM and email marketing
Strong content creation and design skills (Adobe or equivalent)
Experience managing paid digital campaigns and external agencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in working across a broad range of marketing functions and related platforms including digital marketing, internal and external communications, employer brand, design, events and content creation
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Collaborative team player with experience working across multiple teams
Comfortable in leading and executing initiatives
Demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude and desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all forms of communications from Teams meetings to face to face meetings as well as email and presentations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
You will also display a natural interest in understanding the recruitment industry, the economy and demonstrate an awareness of external market forces
