Job Title: Senior IT Business Analyst
About the Client:
Our client, a leading global technology company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Solution Specialist to oversee projects and deliver optimal business and IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Solution Leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Translate business needs into system/application requirements and functional designs.
Manage requirements changes, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Lead analysis teams and guide solution design, including visualization and user experience.
Develop and maintain relationships to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and expectations.
Support proposals, feasibility studies, and new business development activities.
Apply industry and technical expertise to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Required Experience & Skills:
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Specialist.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline (or equivalent experience).
Experience with user experience design, portals, web services, and mobile solutions.
Knowledge of financial services regulations (KYC, AML, Regulatory Reporting).
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, business process modeling, risk management, and change management.
Data analysis skills, including working knowledge of SQL.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude.
