Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Title: Senior Project Controls Manager (Construction/Infrastructure)
Role Type: 12 Month Contract
Location: Kildare

I am currently recruiting a Contract Project Controls Manager to work on a Portfolio of Infrastructure & Construction projects, with a focus on Cost Control, Budget/Forecasting & Stakeholder Management. Suitable candidates should have a background in Project Estimations/PM Or Quantity Surveying and experience working with muti-faceted project teams.

**Please Note: This Role is an initial 12 month project with a likely extension**

The Ideal Candidate:

• Do you have experience in a Project Controls role-managing budgets, forecasts and variable costs?
• A background in Project Management or Estimation within the Construction or Infrastructure sector is required.
• Experience managing multiple active projects side by side is needed.
• A degree in Engineering, Project or Construction Management is required.
• Excellent Communication Skills & Stakeholder Management is essential
• A working knowledge of PM Tools such as Primavera p6, MS Project & Reporting systems is necessary
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent PM Certification is required.

The role:

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets and cost control measures.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project control teams to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
• Present complex project information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Analyse project data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget to maintain alignment with objectives.
