Telephonist/Switchboard Operator
Manpower is actively recruiting for a Telephonist/Switchboard Operator based onsite in Government Building located in Longford .
Job type: 11- months contract
Working Hours -9am-6pm (As and When)
Your responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact for the department and have strong customer service skills.
Responsible for answering/ understanding and routing calls in a polite tone and manner.
Courteous and professional in all dealings with customers both internal and external.
Some departments may require receptionist duties.

Your skills and experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous Telephonist or Receptionist experience
Ability to work well within a team and independently in a busy working environment.
Garda vetting and security clearance will be required.
