Warehouse/Stockroom Clerk - Day shift

This is a 23-month temporary contract with possibility of conversion to permanent contract.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for receiving all materials from Vendors per internal procedures.
2. Responsible for issuing all raw material to the production floor on daily basis per internal procedures
3. Carry out daily cycle counts of FG and raw materials as created by Materials Manager/Supervisor and investigate discrepancies where possible.
4. Responsible for preparation of all Finished Goods orders for shipment to Customers per internal procedures
5 Ensure all export documentation supplied by the Customer Service team is correctly applied to all shipments.
6 Ensure all shipments are loaded/given to the correct Courier/Freight Company.
7 Assist customer service department in addressing customer complaints with regard to shipments and deliveries.
8 Ensure monthly delivery status report is completed and sent to the Finance Department.

Educational Requirements
* Minimum Irish Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
