Qualifications:
Provide functional and configuration support across key Workday areas, including Core HCM, Core Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, and Workforce Planning.
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of new Workday projects, features, and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and governance standards.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, external vendors) and translate them into effective system designs and documentation.
Develop and maintain business process documentation, test plans, and functional design materials that support auditability and continuous improvement.
Manage data operations, including data loads, audits, and mass updates using EIBs, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Fund data governance standards.
Deliver insightful reporting and dashboards on system usage, adoption, and key HR metrics to support decision-making.
Support user enablement and training, communicating technical concepts in clear, accessible language to promote adoption and proficiency.
Participate in Workday releases and upgrades, assessing new features, testing configurations, and implementing changes that enhance system value.
Leverage Workday AI capabilities-including generative AI, skill-based recommendations, and automation use cases-to drive innovation and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least four years of experience providing technical or functional support in Workday HCM, with hands-on involvement in at least three of the following areas: Core HCM, Core Compensation, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, and/or Adaptive Planning.
Proven experience with EIBs, data loads, and data migrations across implementation or optimization projects.
Demonstrated capability configuring and deploying Workday business processes, security roles, calculated fields, and reports, ensuring alignment with HR policies and compliance standards.
Familiarity with Workday AI features, including generative AI, Skills Cloud, and AI-driven recommendations.
Workday Certifications (Implementer or Workday Pro) in at least two Workday areas preferred.
Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, processes, and regulatory requirements, with ability to translate business needs into effective system configurations.
Experience with application setup, testing, user training, and production support, collaborating effectively with HR and IT stakeholders.
Displays in-depth knowledge of Workday technology, business processes, and platform capabilities, with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Works independently, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues proactively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
