Application Process

Stage 1 - Online Application and Assessment

In order to confirm that you fit our requirements for a position with Capgemini, we will firstly ask you a number of questions, your answers will determine if you progress to the assessment. The assessment consists of a general knowledge technical test and a situational judgement test.  This stage should take you approximately 30 - 40 minutes to complete.  You will receive an email from the recruitment team advising you of the outcome. If successful you will be asked to self book your Manpower Video Interview.


Stage 2 – Manpower Video Interview

The second stage is where you will meet a member of our recruitment team via a video Interview which will take up to 30 minutes.  Please ensure you can access Microsoft Teams via your phone, tablet or PC. A member of our recruitment team will ask you questions to understand more about you and whether you fit the candidate profile for Capgemini.   If successful, you will move to the Final stage of the application process, where the recruitment team will book your Capgemini Video Interview.


Stage 3 – Capgemini Video Interview

This is the final stage of the process; you will be introduced to a local member of the Capgemini team who will give further information on Capgemini and the role you have applied for. You will be asked competency-based questions. Please ensure your answers are as detailed as possible.
Following this stage if you are successful you will be contacted by a member of the recruitment team to arrange your start date. 

As part of your role BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) or HMG (Her Majesty’s Government) security vetting clearance at SC (Security Check) level is required.  Any offer of employment is subject to the successful completion of pre-employment screening (including security vetting) that the company and our client deems to meet with its requirements.
