About the roles

Life at Dulux Decorator Centres is always busy and every day is different. There's a range of different job roles available, at stores across the UK. These include:

Sales Assistants

You'll provide an efficient and friendly service to professional decorators, contractors and DIY enthusiasts. You'll build good relationships with store colleagues and customers and will be willing to roll up your sleeves, to keep the store looking great for customers.


You'll use your knowledge of the local area to carry out deliveries to local homes and businesses. From time-to-time you'll also work in the store itself - operating the tills, merchandising the store, and selling market-leading products to potential customers.

Store Supervisors

You'll work with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store. This will include overseeing a range of retail systems and procedures, supervising sales staff, and maximising the sales performance of the store.

Assistant Store Manager

You'll inspire and motivate your team; manage stock levels; ensure high visual merchandising standards; and continually look for ways to create a positive impression when customers visit. You'll also support with retail processes - including budgeting, forecasting, health and safety compliance, and maximising sales.

Store Manager

You'll lead the entire store - helping our customers to fall in love with our products, and ensuring sales and service targets are exceeded. To do this, you'll instil a strong sales culture; control costs; manage stock; ensure impressive visual merchandising standards; and create enviable levels of customer loyalty.
