Experience day
You'll join us for a morning or afternoon, to learn more about E.ON and the role. We'll also ask you to complete a number of exercises, so we can assess your skills in person. This will include an icebreaker, a group exercise, an individual exercise, and an interview to assess your motivations. We'll then take you on a tour of the Bedford office.

Offer
Within two working days of the experience day, we'll give you a call to let you know if you've been successful or not. If you're not successful, you can ask us for some feedback on your performance. If you are successful, you'll receive a written offer before we begin our vetting process and set a date for you to start your training.
