Financial wellbeing

To help save for the future, we provide a salary sacrifice pension scheme, and offer company contributions between 6% and 12% depending on length of service and personal contribution.

  • Employee Assistance Programme – we offer confidential 24/7 online and telephone support with the option of face-to-face counselling 
  • HolidayPlus – whether planning a big trip or just need a few extra days off, we offer up to 10 days additional holiday to top up standard entitlement
  • Mental Health Supporters – talk confidentially to volunteers from across the company about any troubles and where best to find professional help
